Every RedBrokoly mascot is made to order, then shipped with tracking. Here is how the manufacturing and delivery of your order work.
Lead times: manufacturing, then delivery
- Manufacturing: about 10 working days (pre-production, then finishing), counted from receipt of full payment and of all the information needed (and, if you chose the 2D sketch option, from your approval of the sketch). With Fast Delivery, manufacturing takes 24 h.
- Delivery: once shipped, the delivery time depends on the shipping option you chose when ordering, on local carriers' lead times and, where applicable, on the customs formalities of your country.
Delivery options and times
- Free delivery (Chronopost in Europe, USPS in the USA and Canada Post in Canada from the threshold below): about 5 working days.
- Paid standard services: 4 to 5 working days.
- Express services: 3 to 4 working days.
- Fast Delivery (FedEx high priority): made in 24 h, then 4 to 5 working days; €700 per mascot (a duo or a set counts as 2).
Transit times in working days, added to manufacturing (about 10 working days, 24 h for Fast Delivery); they are estimates. Free delivery: Chronopost throughout Europe (except the United Kingdom); USPS in the USA and Canada Post in Canada from US$2,000 of purchases (€1,784), customs fees included. United Kingdom: Chronopost, €60 per mascot, about 5 working days. Rest of the world: no free option. Outside the European Union, flat customs fees of 15% (25% for the USA and Canada) are added at checkout, on top of any applicable taxes. Carriers and parcel tracking
Depending on your address and the option chosen, your parcel is handed to one of our partner carriers (Chronopost, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post), with standard or express delivery. As soon as it ships, you are notified by email and, when available, a tracking number is sent to you.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transport. They depend on the destination, the option chosen and the number of mascots, and are shown before you confirm your order.
We recommend grouping your items in a single order: two orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Packaging
Our mascots travel in amply sized boxes, with particular care taken to protect fragile parts.
