Our designer prepares the sketch in about 2 hours (business hours) after receiving your payment and all the necessary information, and sends it to you by email.

The head should be cleaned by hand using a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and mild soap. The body can be machine-washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. Allow it to air-dry away from direct heat sources, and never use a tumble dryer.

Store it in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in a transport bag or breathable garment cover. Make sure not to crush the head so that it retains its shape.

Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery is free with Chronopost throughout Europe (except the United Kingdom, where delivery is charged per mascot), and with USPS (USA) or Canada Post (Canada) from USD 2,000 of purchases, customs fees included; there is no free option to other countries. Outside the European Union, flat customs fees of 15% (25% for the USA and Canada) are added at checkout, on top of any applicable taxes; they are not VAT. In principle, nothing more is payable on delivery.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package until delivery. Our customer service team is always on hand should you have any questions.

No, payment must be made in full upon ordering, prior to launching production. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments.

For a non-personalised model (only the size chosen), you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return it to us. Personalised mascots (colours, logo, text, accessories, options, measurements or custom design) are made to your specifications: they cannot be cancelled after payment or returned, except as provided by law. All the conditions are set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale; please check your choices carefully before confirming your order.

Our mascots are covered by a 2-year warranty (the legal guarantee of conformity), as well as the guarantee against hidden defects. If there is a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace the affected part, depending on the case. Normal wear and tear, improper care or misuse are not covered. Details are set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The shoe option provides enhanced comfort and stability while completing the overall look of the mascot. Without this option, the performer wears their own shoes.
